Founded in November 2020 by twin brothers Manoj & Manish Gupta — engineers from Bhilai. Operating Instalinks Broadband Services since April 2021. Every product we sell was built for our own network first.
Company Overview
INIC Communications Private Limited is a technology company and licensed internet service provider headquartered in Nehru Nagar East, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Incorporated in November 2020, INIC is the technology and licensing entity behind more than two decades of internet service in central India — founded and led by twin brothers Manoj Gupta and Manish Gupta, both born and raised in Bhilai.
In April 2021, INIC Communications took over Instalinks Broadband Services — an established broadband brand serving homes and businesses in Chhattisgarh. Under INIC's leadership, Instalinks has expanded from a single network in Bhilai to cover subscribers across Madhya Pradesh and Delhi NCR.
Beyond running an ISP, we are a technology company. Every major tool in our network operations stack — DNS resolution, log monitoring, subscriber communication, and FTTH deployment — was built in-house to solve real operational problems. We do not sell vaporware: every product on this site is something we run in production today.

Founded by twin brothers from Bhilai
Manoj and Manish Gupta grew up in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and returned to build the internet infrastructure their hometown deserved. Twenty years later, they are still running the network — and expanding it.
Manoj Gupta
Manoj leads INIC Communications as MD & CEO, driving business strategy, partnerships, and the company's vision for Smart Colony and Smart City fiber infrastructure. His civil engineering background gives him a unique edge in FTTH project planning — understanding ground realities of construction, duct laying, and large-scale infrastructure integration from a builder's lens.

Manish Gupta
Manish serves as Director & Technical Architect at INIC Communications, directing technology development, network architecture, and product innovation. His electronics engineering foundation underpins INIC's technical depth — from GPON network design and BGP routing to the proprietary DNS Firewall, SYSLOG Monitor, and WhatsApp API products built in-house and deployed at scale.

Technology Philosophy
Manish's electronics engineering background and Manoj's civil engineering perspective together shape how INIC approaches technology — not as an end in itself, but as infrastructure that makes real things work in the field. This dual lens drives our product decisions.
We build tools when existing solutions are too expensive, too complex, or simply not designed for the realities of running an ISP in India. Our DNS Firewall was built because commercial DNS appliances were priced for enterprises, not mid-size ISPs. Our SYSLOG Monitor was built because general-purpose log tools required weeks of setup and a full-time DevOps engineer to maintain.
The result is a lean, production-hardened technology stack that runs INIC's own network — and is available to others. We do not sell vaporware: every product page on this site describes something we run in production today.

INIC Communications took over Instalinks Broadband Services from April 2021, bringing the established broadband brand under INIC's umbrella and expanding its subscriber base across Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
